Front desk Jeffrey was great! Came to our room personally shortly after check in and gave my 2 kids soft toys! He also surprised us with a box of truffle chocolates for my wife and me later in the day when we were out. Requested for extra towels and was given by the housekeeping staff in less than 5 minutes! Great bed also!

The staff were really nice and helpful. They accompanied our need to check in early and helped us to get our mobile which was forgotten in a taxi from the airport. The room was large as well compared to other rooms in singapore. The toilet was large as well.

Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh food, wide variety. Staff helpful. Pool was great. Towels fresh. Room was clean. Decor dated but fine. Blackout curtains worked well. Housekeeping staff great. Front of house staff wonderful, especially Alyson.

A large window allows plenty of natural light into the room. The location is fantastic, all major attractions are only a few stops away from a nearby MRT station. Breakfast is great with a lot of Halal options. The hotel gym is also decent with essential facilities. Room service is prompt.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Pool and gym are good sized. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful especially the team at the breakfast restaurant.

Room was large and very nice. Location was great near the Newton food market and the MTR which we used to get around. Breakfast was great as was service, huge choice, fruit, cooked breakfasts, pastries, cereals all great. Pool area was also nice to chill out in.

The location is great and the food is amazing! The rooms are comfy and swimming pool is great! Cosy and authentic. Soap scent so nice in the bathroom!

Breakfast is good. But the dinning room for breakfast is too small. Not enough spaces for walking around to get the food.

The hotel is nicely located close to Orchard Road and is very close to the MRT. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also liked the bathroom. Staff are very friendly.
